FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: What is the app or code I need to access the class?
A: You need the Zoom app or go to Zoom.com. A class link with the Meeting ID will be in your receipt when you purchase a class. You simply need that link so you can click on, or copy and paste in your browser. If you purchase the monthly pass, you will receive an email with unique links, one for each class.
Q: I’ve paid for a class but it says it’s not available.
A: Yes, the livestream will only be available at the scheduled time (the stream will open approximately 15 min before the class.)
Q: I can see the livestream but I don’t hear anything?
A: There is a small volume button at the bottom of your screen. Make sure that button does not have a line through it, which means your volume is off.
Q:How can I get better sound?
A: If you connect your computer, phone, or tablet to a speaker, the sound will be much better! Be careful with bluetooth connections though because sometimes there is a delay.
Q: I’ve paid for the class and was not able to connect or attend.
A: If you paid and were unable to connect, please email me, and we can get you into the next class . If you would like a refund, please send an email to email@example.com
Q: What time should I log in to the meeting?
A: Please join the meeting 15 minutes before class start time.
