- ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Shyra is AMAZING! My absolute favorite! As an instructor she is fun and energetic, and so clearly passionate about what she does you can feel that in her classes! She leads you step by step through the dances. She keeps you motivated to dance, to burn those calories, clearly targeting muscle groups, HAVE FUN, and that makes you want to come back again and again!I never thought a class like STRONG Nation™ would be something I would enjoy... but I always feel like Wonder Woman when I finish a class! Shyra is about total fitness, total health, and it really shows.

Hi, I'm Shyra Reitz, and I'm from Columbia, SC. I've been certified and teaching Zumba Classes since becoming an instructor in Oct 2011. The only exercising I had done before my first Zumba class was in P.E. classes in school. Ha! The thought of running made me uneasy. I wasn't comfortable and DID NOT want to join a gym and lift weights. So, at the age of 36 - I took my first Zumba class and fell in love! I LOVED the fun and challenge of the choreography and letting loose to all the great music. I love all the rhythms and styles and incorporate those into my playlists. Basically: every class feels like a party!
Then in 2016, Zumba rolled out a new High Intensity Interval Training program called STRONG Nation™ (formerly called STRONG by Zumba) I LOVE this program! STRONG Nation™ combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.
